Terms & Conditions

Estimates & Scope of Work
All estimates are based on a visual inspection of accessible areas and include only the work specifically listed in the proposal. Any additional work requested by the customer or required due to hidden conditions, decay, storm damage, underground utilities, foreign objects, or unforeseen hazards will be billed separately.

Scheduling & Delays
Scheduling is tentative and subject to weather, equipment availability, emergency work, and other unforeseen delays. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes.

Property Access
Customer agrees to provide clear and safe access to the work area, including driveways, gates, and any necessary permissions. Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.

Underground Utilities & Irrigation
Customer is responsible for identifying and marking all underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, septic systems, drain lines, and other underground structures not located through public utility marking services. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly marked underground items.

Lawn & Property Damage
Tree work involves heavy equipment and falling debris. While reasonable care will be taken to minimize impact, the company is not responsible for minor lawn, rutting, landscaping, driveway, sidewalk, or property damage that may occur as a normal result of performing the work, especially during wet ground conditions.

Debris Removal
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all brush, logs, and debris generated from the agreed work will be removed from the property. Firewood, wood chips, or logs left on-site at the customer’s request become the customer’s responsibility.

Tree Risk & Hidden Defects
Trees may contain hidden decay, cavities, cracks, weak root systems, insect damage, or other structural defects not visible prior to work beginning. The company is not responsible for failure or damage resulting from hidden defects.

Stump Grinding
Stump grinding depth is approximate and may vary due to rocks, roots, underground utilities, or soil conditions. Surface roots beyond the immediate stump area are not included unless specified. Grindings and settling are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accounts not paid within 7 days may be subject to late fees, collection costs, attorney fees, and interest permitted by law.

Deposits
A deposit may be required for large projects, special-order equipment, crane scheduling, or material purchases. Deposits are non-refundable once scheduling or procurement has occurred.

Cancellation Policy
Projects canceled after scheduling may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved labor, equipment, and administrative costs.

Liability & Insurance
The company maintains applicable insurance coverage. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services performed. The company is not responsible for pre-existing property defects, improper grading, hidden conditions, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure
The company shall not be held liable for delays or inability to perform caused by weather, natural disasters, equipment failure, labor shortages, acts of God, government actions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Acceptance of Terms
Approval of the estimate, signature, electronic acceptance, or authorization to begin work constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
